Terms and Conditions

Photographers are required to email a copy of their Public Liability Indemnity Insurance to . Failure to do so will result in your application being rejected.

Those who have not covered a Musketeer Event before must have an editor’s letter of support. This letter must be on headed paper and include Commissioning Editor’s signature; this is to be emailed to . Failure to do so will result in your application being rejected.

Please note that this application does not guarantee accreditation. Notifications will be emailed directly as to the status of your application. 

Applications will close 14 days prior to the first day of the event. Applications made after this date will not be accepted.

Musketeer Event Management reserves the right to ask for additional information / supporting documentation before granting accreditation.

Musketeer Event Management reserves the right to withhold accreditation, and each application will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Any accredited individuals found to be abusing their accreditation will be rejected from the relevant event site and have their accreditation removed and void. Event accreditation is strictly non-transferable 

Only officially accredited event photographers are permitted to sell images from our Horse Trials within 3 months of the competition dates, and these sales are to be restricted to commercial clients. Non-commissioned sales to riders, owners, sponsors or members of the public are not allowed within the 3- month restriction. Any contravention of this rule will lead to your accreditation being withdrawn for this, and all future Musketeer Events and a fine may be imposed.

Please tag/link to Musketeer when posting photos on social media, a full list of relevant tags will be sent to you prior to the event.

Accreditation will comply with BE / FEI guidelines at the time. More information will be sent to you prior to the event.
